Accessible Image Hotspots privacy policy

Accessible Image Hotspots is provided by Craig Technology Services. The app is designed to use the minimum information needed to authenticate a Shopify store and deliver its theme app extension.
Information the app processes
During installation and normal app use, the service processes the merchant's Shopify shop domain and Shopify authentication session data. This information is used only to authenticate the installed shop, operate the embedded app, and respond to Shopify's required webhooks.
The app does not request access to customer records, orders, analytics, or payment information. The storefront extension does not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or external analytics services.
Theme content
Images, product selections, labels, links, colors, and hotspot positions are configured and stored through Shopify's theme editor. Storefront assets are delivered by Shopify as part of the installed theme app extension.
Storage, sharing, and retention
Authentication session data is stored in Cloudflare KV for the limited purpose of operating the app. It is not sold or used for advertising. Service providers process data only as necessary to host the app and Shopify platform integration. App session data is deleted when the app is uninstalled, and Shopify privacy webhooks are supported.
Security
Connections to the app use HTTPS. Access is limited to the minimum Shopify permissions required by the app.
